The ARBMAX F30 12″ Disc Wheeled Wood Chipper is a heavy-duty 12″ chipper for small to medium forestry and tree surgery operations. Disc Chipper with Flexible Power Options

The ARBMAX F30 12″ Disc Wheeled Wood Chipper uses a fully machined disc set at 50°. This helps the knives bite cleanly and throw chip efficiently. It also improves chip quality and reduces power loss.

You can choose between a 75hp diesel engine or an optional 134hp unit. The smaller engine suits general arb work and lighter clearance. The larger unit suits high-output or biomass jobs. Both options drive the disc through a heavy twin-plate clutch for smooth engagement and long service life.

12″ Capacity and Aggressive Feed System

The infeed system is designed for real-world material. The chipper has a feed opening of 330 x 310mm, so it handles 12″ timber and knotted branches. The hopper opening of 1320 x 800mm gives plenty of room for crowns and brash.

High-torque vertical feed wheels drive material into the disc. They use Hardox-style teeth for extra grip. Hydraulic pressure control lets you adjust how hard the rollers pull. This helps when you work with mixed species or awkward shapes. With organised feeding, the F30 can reach around 50 cubic metres per hour.

Hardox Chamber and Easy Service Access

Because it is road-towable, you can move the chipper with a suitable 4×4 or light truck. This makes it ideal for arborists and contractors who visit several sites in a single day and need fast, simple transport.

Controls, Safety and Discharge

The discharge chute is hydraulically adjustable. You can rotate it and adjust the deflector while the machine runs. This makes it easy to load chip into trailers, bins or neat piles on the ground.
