New Canycom CMX1810 Mower (Commercial) 52210

Let's find out what they have to say about this machine...

-

Canycom CMX1810 Ride-On Brushcutter

Built for rough ground, steep slopes, and demanding brush cutting.

Engine & drive

The Canycom CMX1810 uses a Briggs & Stratton V-Twin petrol engine rated at 18 hp. It pairs that engine with a hydrostatic transmission and selectable 2WD / mechanical 4WD, so the machine can adapt to changing ground conditions quickly. Because the 4WD system is mechanical, traction stays engaged on slopes and during downhill work, which is one of the key selling points of this model.

Hill-climbing ability is commonly quoted at up to 15 degrees in 2WD and up to 25 degrees in 4WD. In addition, the machine includes a differential lock and 150 mm of ground clearance, so it is better suited to soft ground, rough paddocks, banks, and uneven terrain than a conventional ride-on mower.

Deck / working head

The Canycom CMX1810 uses a 975 mm cutting width and is designed for long grass, brush, and rough vegetation rather than fine lawn mowing. It supports a cutting height range of 0 to 150 mm, and UK dealer listings quote mowing performance of up to around 7,700 m²/h. As a result, it suits users who need coverage and rough-cut capability in one compact machine.

This model is also marketed with side-discharge rough-cut performance and with the all-terrain characteristics needed for banks, orchards, woodland paths, and overgrown areas. Therefore, it fits contractors, estates, and landowners who need more than a standard mower can offer.

Frame / chassis / build

The Canycom CMX1810 has a minimum turning radius of 1.9 m and dimensions of approximately 1920 x 1020 x 1000 mm. Operating weight is commonly listed at around 370 kg. Consequently, it stays compact enough for tighter work while still carrying the weight and stance needed for rough terrain stability.

Canycom also highlights the new large-diameter rear tyres and revised tread pattern, which improve traction on softer ground. In addition, the rear cover now opens with a single-touch design, so cleaning and daily maintenance access for belts, oils, and general servicing is easier than on earlier models.

Comfort & controls

The Canycom CMX1810 includes a Grammar seat and a seat-height adjustment system with around 7 cm of travel. Because of that setup, operators can fine-tune their driving position more easily for longer mowing sessions. Improved cushioning is also part of the updated design, which helps on rougher ground.

The ability to switch between 2WD and 4WD also helps day-to-day usability. In easier conditions, 2WD improves efficiency, while 4WD gives more confidence on slopes, bumpy ground, and tougher terrain. As a result, the machine offers more versatility than a fixed-drive rough-cut mower.

Why choose Canycom CMX1810?

Choose the Canycom CMX1810 if you need a ride-on brushcutter for long grass, brash, slopes, and rough ground. While standard ride-on mowers work best on maintained turf, this machine is built for more aggressive terrain and heavier vegetation. Because it combines mechanical 4WD, differential lock, high ground clearance, and a compact chassis, it gives strong all-terrain capability without moving up to a much larger machine.
