The Japa 435 is a firewood processor for professionals that boasts a new patented splitting knife, a patented cleaning mechanism and a fully revamped design. It is suited for soft and hard wood of all sizes. Japa 435 produces clean firewood of consistent quality safely and effortlessly. The hydraulic chainsaw with a 20-inch bar enables the input of logs with a diameter of up to 43 cm.

Japa 435 is available with a 15 kW electric motor, tractor power take-off or a combination of the two.

The controls

The operation of the Japa 435 model is controlled by a smart system that assists the user. The machine is equipped with sensors that measure and control its operation in real time. The firewood processor can automatically optimise its functions according to the wood being processed. A wide range of accessories is available for the processor, including a touch screen that presents the user with performance data and other analytics regarding the machine.

Thanks to the new splitting knife and method, the firewood consistently meets A grade size requirements even with varying raw material size. The new splitting knife ensures that the Japa 435 processor is always fast, efficient and easy to use, regardless of the hardness and diameter of the wood being processed. The size of the end product can be affected with different knife alternatives. You can also select the desired knife size when buying the machine.

Perfect CleanTM

Perfect CleanTM removes debris efficiently. The Japa 435 model features the new patented Perfect CleanTM cleaning system that clears processed firewood of dust and debris by means of vibration. The Perfect CleanTM cleaning system is installed behind the splitting section, and a separate conveyor is used to move the debris away. Perfect CleanTM was developed to meet the growing need of end customers to produce clean and debris-free firewood. Thanks to Perfect Clean it is now easier and more effortless than ever before to meet this need. The patented Perfect CleanTM cleaning system is available as an accessory.
