All Eliet shredders are unique due to their patented Chopping principle™, consisting of a system of blades that cuts green waste in the direction of the grain. This way the weakness of the wood is utilized to assist in the shredding process. As a result the machines achieve a large capacity with relatively little engine power.

Powerful, reliable and highly efficient, the Towed Eliet Mega Prof shredder has been developed with the professional user in mind. It is ideal for contractors and local authorities who need a versatile machine to cope with changing sites and variety of different materials including brush, green waste, and tree branches up to 16 cm in diameter. Despite its power and capabilities, the Eliet Mega Prof is light enough that it can be towed by a driver with a standard (Cat B) driving licence, and does not require a specialist heavy goods licence.

Eco Eye™ technology

Careful consideration of the environment has been made with the clever Eco Eye™ technology which automatically reduces the power to stationary when the machine is not shredding. This results in a reduction of needed power / energy, a lower sound level and a decreased exhaust emission.

This high performing shredder is available as either a Petrol or Diesel model.
